Measure 37 Story

Here is the last portrait for the Measure 37 story....He has a 6 acre property that he wants to subdivide into 22 lots, but the city will not let him use 1 of the lots saying it is a conservation site...alothough it has nothing but weeds and blackberry bushes on it. He is fighting the city, using Measure 37, to get them to allow him to build on it, or pay him for the property.
